Journalist Dmitry Sinochkin has died at the age of 69.
Dmitry Sinochkin, a journalist and expert in the field of urban planning and real estate, died in St. Petersburg at the age of 69. This was announced on October 27 on the social network Facebook (owned by Meta Corporation, recognized as a terrorist organization in the Russian Federation) by Maria Piskun, director of promotion of Prigorod magazine.
The cause of death is not reported. However, the journalist himself reported in July of this year that he had been diagnosed with inoperable throat cancer.
Sinochkin was engaged in the analysis of the real estate market and urban planning policy of the city. He was also the editor-in-chief of the Prigorod magazine and the editor-in-chief of the reputable industry portal Real Estate and Construction of St. Petersburg. He worked in the factory newspaper Izhorets, Kommersant-SPb, Delovoy Peterburg and Vedomosti.
