The Investigative Committee opened cases of terrorist attacks after the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Bryansk and Belgorod regions

Investigators have opened criminal cases of terrorist attacks after attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a minibus in the Bryansk region and on a village in the Belgorod region. This was announced on October 27 by the press service of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation.

"Criminal cases have been initiated on terrorist acts (Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) on the facts of attacks by armed formations of Ukraine on civilian objects in the Belgorod and Bryansk regions," the department's Telegram channel says.

They added that all the circumstances of the incident are being established, as well as the persons who were involved in these attacks.

Earlier in the day, the governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, said that one person was killed and five others were injured as a result of an attack by Ukrainian drones on a minibus carrying civilians. According to him, the bus driver was killed and the injured were hospitalized. Later it was reported that in the Belgorod region, one person was killed and 23 injured as a result of numerous attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces during the day.
