Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law on strategic partnership between Russia and Venezuela. The document was published on October 27 on the official Internet portal of legal information.

"To ratify the agreement between the Russian Federation and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela on strategic partnership and cooperation," the federal law says.
