A man died in a fire at a garage cooperative in Lipetsk.

In the Left-bank district of Lipetsk, a man died as a result of a fire on the territory of a garage cooperative. This is reported by GOROD48 with reference to the regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

The fire occurred on Sunday morning, October 26, at Avtolyubitel-6 Group of Companies. A garage box with an area of 6 x 4 m caught fire. The fire destroyed the Chevrolet Lanos car, damaged the interior of the garage and things.

A man died as a result of the fire. The regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs informed GOROD48 that the victim of the fire was a 40-year-old resident of Lipetsk.

The circumstances and causes of the fire are being established.

In February 2025, a fire broke out in Lipetsk in a garage on Lenin Street in the Sselki microdistrict. As a result, a 70-year-old man died.
