The weather forecaster spoke about the rainy weather in Moscow at the end of October

Relatively warm weather with variable clouds will remain in the capital region this week, but the most unfavorable conditions are expected on October 28. Tatiana Pozdnyakova, a leading specialist at the Meteo News agency, told Izvestia about this on October 27.

According to her, heavy rains are expected on Tuesday night, especially in the south-east of the Moscow region, and in the afternoon heavy rain will sometimes fall throughout the region.

Under the big forecast: when to expect snow in Moscow

On the night of October 13, the temperature may drop to zero — and then it will only decrease.

"The temperature background will remain above the climatic norm by about 1.5-2 degrees. On Monday, the maximum temperature due to rain and clouds will not exceed +6...+8 degrees, in the region — from +3 to +8 degrees. The minimum temperature will remain within +4...+6 degrees. The best weather conditions are expected on October 30, when precipitation stops and the air becomes drier," the forecaster said.

As Pozdnyakova noted, on October 31, the weather will deteriorate again — the capital region will be near the center of a cyclone with low atmospheric pressure, cloudy weather and temporary rains. Night temperatures will be 0...+5 degrees, daytime — +2...+7 degrees when the wind changes from southwest to northwest.

On October 24, Pozdnyakova noted that the beginning of the last autumn month is expected to be sunny. The nights will be, according to her, cold with frosts.
