The second Court of Cassation confirmed the parents' right to refuse the purchase that the child made through their account in the online store. This became known on October 27 from the materials of the court, which were reviewed by RIA Novosti.

The court considered the case of a Muscovite woman, the mother of a six-month-old girl, who accidentally clicked on the "place an order" button and made a purchase of 102 items.
