The military of the "North" told the details of the liberation of Tikhy in the Kharkiv region

Military personnel of the 136th Guards separate motorized rifle brigade of the North group of forces told the details of the liberation of the village of Tikhoe in the Kharkiv region in the area of the special military operation (SVO). This was announced on October 27 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

The deputy commander of the assault company with the call sign Gura said that before starting the operation, each serviceman was trained to perform a specific task. The soldier clarified that his unit operated in three groups: the first was responsible for the offensive using three units of armored tracked vehicles, the second took part in the operation on motorcycles, and the third performed a combat mission as infantry.

"When we entered the village of Tikhoe, captured enemy positions, the enemy did not expect this, he fled. They were finished off by their own FPV drones, all this is recorded by objective control footage. In addition, "leafing" was carried out, leaflets were dropped, and we have prisoners," added the deputy commander for military and political work with the call sign Baku.

The Ministry noted that the rest of the Ukrainian Armed Forces garrison, suffering losses, was driven out of fortified positions and left the battlefield, fleeing.

The driver with the call sign Frol, highlighting the high-quality work of the command, stressed that the operation was carried out at dusk. A senior shooter with the call sign Filin said that intelligence made a great contribution to the implementation of this operation, which, with the help of an air patrol, identified dugouts, artillery and the location of the enemy.

The Russian Defense Ministry noted the courage and bravery of the military personnel of the 136th Guards separate motorized rifle brigade of the group, who managed to liberate this settlement from Ukrainian militants, continuing to inflict fire damage on the AFU formations in the Kharkov direction.

The Hero of Russia spoke about the combat path of his unit, which was completed without losses.

On October 24, the Ministry of Defense reported that fighters from the Northern Group of Forces had eliminated five electronic warfare (EW) stations in the area of the special operation. In addition, they destroyed 33 warehouses of ammunition and materiel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
