Prilepin spoke about the possibility of the Russian Federation and the Global South to create cultural hierarchies

On October 26, Russian writer and politician Zakhar Prilepin, speaking at the International Cooperation Forum dedicated to the Centenary of People's Diplomacy, said that in 10 years he sees Russia at the center of an anti-colonial system built jointly with the countries of the Global South, which will create new Oscars and Nobel Prizes.

"The anti—colonial system, (as - Ed.) I call it, it will allow us to create new global, normal cultural hierarchies <...>, where our flags will not be taken away from us, that is, together with the world majority, we will return normal hierarchies to the world," RIA Novosti quoted the writer as saying.

Prilepin clarified that in such a situation, European and American countries will have a desire to join the system of the Russian Federation and the Global South.

Earlier, on October 25, Boris Titov, co-chairman of the Russian part of the Russian-Chinese Friendship, Peace and Development Committee, Special Representative of Russian President Vladimir Putin for relations with international organizations for achieving Sustainable Development Goals, said that over the past 10 years, exports of Russian agricultural products to the People's Republic of China have increased more than fivefold.
