Five people were injured in an accident on the 4th kilometer of the Gvardeysk-Neman highway – the border with the Republic of Lithuania in the Kaliningrad region. This was announced on October 26 by the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.
"The driver of the BMW car allowed the exit into the lane intended for oncoming traffic, where he collided with a Kia Motors car," the Telegram channel said.
According to preliminary information, the injured BMW driver and four passengers were injured and sent to medical facilities.
Earlier in the day, the State Traffic Inspectorate for the Amur region reported that four people were injured in an accident involving a bus on the 20th kilometer of the highway "Entrance to the city of Blagoveshchensk." It was clarified that as a result of the incident, traffic on this section was obstructed.
