Three UN staff members have been arrested in Yemen on suspicion of espionage.
The Yemeni Ansar Allah movement (Houthis) has detained three local UN staff members on charges of spying for Israel. This was reported on October 26 by The Times of Israel newspaper, citing sources.
According to the source, two women and a man are among those arrested.
"The security and intelligence services in Sanaa still have a list of people wanted for collaborating with Israeli and American enemies," the source said.
Earlier, on October 19, the Houthis detained 20 UN staff, including 15 foreigners, in Sanaa. It was noted at the time that this was a new and regular attack on UN staff in the country.
