Britain called for joint use of nuclear weapons with Germany
The British military called for the joint use of nuclear weapons with Germany. This was reported on October 26 by The Telegraph newspaper, citing high-ranking military sources.
"According to representatives of the leadership of the British Ministry of Defense, the country should consider the possibility of sharing nuclear weapons with Germany," the publication says.
At the same time, it is noted that negotiations on this issue between the governments of the countries are not underway yet.
As the newspaper pointed out, such a step was approved, in particular, by former NATO Secretary General George Robertson, saying that such an agreement "should have been concluded a long time ago."
