Stepashin announced the beginning of the Third World War in a hybrid version

Former Russian Prime Minister Sergei Stepashin said on October 26 that World War III had already begun.

"When we say today that we are on the verge of World War III, as a military man, I want to say that, in fact, it has already begun in a hybrid version," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying at the International Cooperation Forum dedicated to the 100th anniversary of People's Diplomacy.

Stepashin noted that this has nothing to do with the special operation. According to him, for the first time since the time of Nazi Germany, aggression is not only anti-Russian, but also aggression against the entire civilized world.
