The current regimes of the Baltic States are nothing but the reincarnation of fascism. It's time for the world to "ring the bells." This was announced on October 26 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, on the sidelines of the International Cooperation Forum.

"What is happening in the Baltic states, I don't mean with the people there, with the inhabitants, but what is happening from the point of view of the ruling regimes <...> Is Nazism. This is neo—Nazism as it is," Zakharova said.

The diplomat noted that fascism is not just a historical phenomenon, but something that can be reincarnated. According to her, the Baltic states are a similar example.

"Here we need to do more than just try to convey our thoughts. All the bells should be ringing here," Zakharova added.

She also drew attention to the ban on entry to these countries for citizens of the Russian Federation and the regulation of exit.

Earlier, on October 11, the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Irina Volk, announced the assistance of the Russian authorities to 800 Russian citizens who were deported from Latvia due to ignorance of the official language. In addition, she recalled that since 2006, there has been a state program to assist in the voluntary resettlement of compatriots living abroad to Russia.

Later, on October 13, official representative Dmitry Peskov said that Russian citizens whose stay in Latvia expires can return to Russia and build their lives in the country.
