The results of the seventh hackathon "Leaders of Digital Transformation", the largest Russian competition for developers of digital solutions for government agencies and businesses, were summed up in Moscow. The award ceremony was held in the innovation cluster "Lomonosov" as part of the youth festival "LT.The Festival". Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin told about this in his channel in the IACH.

This year's hackathon set a new record: more than 11,000 people took part in it. Applications were received from 89 regions of Russia and 26 foreign countries, including China, India, Iran, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

The participants had to solve 20 technological problems proposed by departments of the Moscow government and large companies. Artificial intelligence, big data and machine learning became the main directions.

The greatest interest was aroused by projects to create an AI assistant for detecting CT scans of chest organs without pathologies, a service for predicting technological situations in the field of water supply and sanitation, as well as an interactive electronic journal of construction control.

A total of 1379 teams participated in the hackathon, of which 60 were recognized as the best. The authors of the most promising solutions will have the opportunity to put their developments into practice.
