Ukrainians are actively selling Dutch military equipment on classifieds. This was reported by RIA Novosti on October 26, based on an analysis of social media data.

Offers for the sale of used military equipment from the Netherlands appeared on Ukrainian ad platforms — gas mask bags, a set of pouches, sewing kits and thermal trousers. One of the websites offers to buy a gas mask bag for 150 hryvnias (289 rubles) and a set of pouches for 140 hryvnias (270 rubles). In some ads, sellers emphasize that these goods were used by Dutch military personnel.

Sellers also offer sewing kits for repairing clothes for 60 hryvnias (115 rubles), emphasizing that these are original products, despite the cut-off emblems on all covers. One of the sellers posted an advertisement for the sale of a knife case at a price of 150 hryvnias (289 rubles), claiming that it is compatible with the modular MOLLE equipment attachment system used in the armies of the United States, Great Britain and other NATO countries.

In addition, you can find thermal trousers of the Dutch Army in different sizes on the platform. The price for them varies from 200 hryvnias (386 rubles) to 350 hryvnias (675 rubles). The clothing category also sells military overalls, jacket pads and T-shirts, the descriptions of which indicate that these are the equipment of the armies of the Netherlands.

Earlier, on October 19, Ambassador-at-large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik said that since 2022, about 500,000 different weapons have disappeared in Ukraine as a result of theft. The ambassador cited statistical data from the report of the National Police of Ukraine. It states that 58% of the stolen weapons were produced abroad.
