A Japanese historian reported on the secret support of half of the Japanese for Russia

A significant part of the Japanese population, according to unofficial data, sympathizes with Russia in its confrontation with the Ukrainian government. On October 26, Japanese historian Takeyuki Tanaka told RIA Novosti.

"In Japan, although they don't say it out loud, Russia is probably supported by almost half of the population. And about half of those who believe that Ukraine's position is wrong, too. This is very important," the historian said.
