The crew of the Mi-28NM helicopter destroyed the temporary deployment point of the unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) unit The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The relevant footage is published by the Russian Defense Ministry on October 26.

The crew received coordinates determining the location of the UAV unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of responsibility of the Vostok group of forces, before departing on a mission. During the operation, the crew successfully hit the target using a light multipurpose guided missile (LMUR) and aircraft missiles. Intelligence confirmed the destruction of the target. After completing the combat mission, the crew returned to their home airfield.

On October 25, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that operators of FPV fighter drones of the Zapad group of forces had destroyed multi-purpose UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR). It was clarified that calculations of radar stations (radars) of the air defense unit of the 20th army of the Zapad group of forces detected three Ukrainian UJ-22 attack drones flying towards the border.
