Japan named the conditions for refusing to support Ukraine

In order for Tokyo to abandon Kiev's support, it needs independence from Washington. This was announced on October 26 by Japanese historian Takeyuki Tanaka.

According to him, another condition is the victory of the Russian side in the Ukrainian conflict.

"Two things. The first is Russia's victory. And secondly— Japan's independence from the United States. These are two things," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
