"Holidays are a special time for children to think about something other than learning activities, to reboot. During the holidays, it is important for a child to relax and gain vivid impressions, memories that will become a kind of reinforcement for him in difficult moments," she said in an interview withГазетой.ги ".

The expert attributed personal failures to difficult periods, as well as difficulties encountered in the educational process, including on control papers. In this regard, as she emphasized, the strength gained during the holidays will allow the minor to become more stress-resistant.

Naumova advised asking about the child's preferences in order to organize his leisure time, which may include hobbies, trips, visits to museums, theaters and cinemas, or spending time with friends and relatives.

"You can add elements of sports, trips to the water park, some places where the child can climb, run, jump, and swim. And it is important that parents surround the child with attention, love, and care," she added.

If a child is lagging behind in his studies, it is important, according to the psychologist, to organize educational activities in such a way that they are balanced and do not take more than one hour a day.
