Smoke from fires in China covered the Khabarovsk and Amur regions. This was reported on October 25 in the press service of the Khabarovsk city administration.
"According to the Far Eastern UGMS, an air mass saturated with smoke enters the city from the south-western and western air streams from the territories of the People's Republic of China and the Jewish Autonomous Region," the press service said in a publication on VKontakte.
It is specified that earlier rescuers of the city and the region eliminated the fire on the left bank of the Amur River. 12 specialists were involved in the elimination of the fire.
On October 22, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that a fire broke out in an ecopark hotel in the village of Yemelyanovo in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as a result of the incident, one person was injured. According to the agency, 90 people were able to evacuate on their own, but an employee of the ecopark hotel was injured due to the fire.
