Astrophysicist Loeb called the object flying to Earth an alien "Trojan horse"

The interstellar object, dubbed 31/ATLAS, can have a significant impact on all of humanity, and its approach to planet Earth may indicate that it was launched by aliens for the purpose of exploration. The corresponding assumptions were made on October 24 in an interview with The New York Post (NYP) by Harvard scientist Avi Loeb.

"It is at least a thousand times more massive than all the previous interstellar objects that we have seen. Why did such a giant object enter the inner part of our Solar System, if we had only seen small ones before?" he is quoted as saying in the material.
