On October 24, the members of the musical group t.A.T.u. appeared on the Moscow stage for the first time in 15 years. Their performance took place at the Tau Concert Hall.
"They (the fans. They never stop writing, and we decided that we could probably try to go back to the roots and do something together," band member Lena Katina told Izvestia when asked about the reasons for the band's reunion.
She emphasized the inextinguishable popularity of T.A.T.U.'s work, mentioning that their songs are still in demand among children, and expressed confidence in their eternal relevance due to their high quality.
In addition, another member of the group, Yulia Volkova, expressed the opinion that the current popularity of music from the past decades, in particular the 80s and 90s, is due to the nostalgia of the public. She also noted the tendency for Western musical groups to reunite.
Earlier, on October 22, it became known that the Russian rock band "Alice" will organize a concert in St. Petersburg on October 31 and in Moscow on November 7 in honor of the 20th anniversary of the album "Rogue". It was clarified that fans of the musical group are waiting for a meeting with the band, a grandiose show of artists, as well as performances of hits from different years.
