In the Belgorod region, businessman Karl Loor was arrested in a case of bribery in the form of an apartment. This was reported by law enforcement agencies on October 24.

"A criminal case on bribery on a particularly large scale has been initiated against Karl Loor. The person involved in the case has been taken into custody," TASS reports with reference to law enforcement agencies.

It is specified that the cost of the apartment is about 18 million rubles.
