"That's what the Ukrainian army is capable of. They are simply afraid of even a fighter with an ordinary grenade launcher and attack the civilian population, people are more poorly armed, they attack peaceful villages, they are engaged in looting," the deputy said in an interview with Lenta.Ru .

On October 24, Ruslan Hasanov, a refugee from Yampol, said that three civilians were killed as a result of an AFU tank strike on a medical vehicle in Yampol in the DPR. kp.ru .

According to him, the wounded guy, his mother and the driver were in the car. As they were driving to the hospital, the tank fired at point-blank range. As a result, the car was destroyed, there was practically nothing left of it, RT reports.

The tragedy occurred at a T-shaped intersection when an APU tank suddenly left a side road. Hasanov noted that the bodies of the dead civilians were buried next to the road.
