Russian journalists Irina Novik (Kuzmicheva) and Nino Rosebashvili have been added to the register of foreign agents. This was announced on October 24 on the website of the Russian Ministry of Justice.

"Kuzmicheva participated in the creation and dissemination of messages and materials from foreign agents to an unlimited number of people, and also participated in the creation and dissemination of messages and materials from organizations included in the list of foreign and international organizations whose activities are considered undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation," the ministry said.

In addition to the journalists, Ruslan Suleymanov, an orientalist and author of the SULEYMANOV Telegram channel, Dmitry Chernyshevsky, the projects "Angry Chuvashia" and "Ust-Kut24" were included in the list of ionogens with similar accusations.

On October 10, the Ministry of Justice added blogger Alexei Shevtsov, philologist Polina Barskova and the media project "Acute Angle" to the register of foreign agents. Blogger Vasily Sadonin, musician Denis Zagorye and activist Timur Tukhvatullin were also included in the corresponding list.
