Pavel Kozmopoulos, director of the Official KVN League of Pyatigorsk and champion of the Highest KVN League, did not give up and did not leave KVN even after hearing loss. This was announced on October 24 by actress and KVN participant Elena Borshcheva in her Telegram channel.

"In 2008, at the peak of his career, he was diagnosed with tumors in his head, and after surgery he lost his hearing, but he did not give up! He joked, performed with stand—ups, wrote a book, a script for a film about a man who once lost his hearing, studied KVN in the region, worked a lot with children," she recalls.

According to the actress, in recent years, Kozmopoulos has been forced to use a wheelchair due to walking difficulties.

Borshcheva also stressed that the director of the Official KVN League was a good actor who mastered the art of transforming into various images, playing both women and children on stage.

Kozmopoulos' death at the age of 45 after a long illness became known earlier that day. It is noted that the cause of death was cancer.
