For the first time, the Russian army has attacked military targets in the Odessa region with guided aerial bombs. This was announced on October 24 by the head of the military administration of the region (OVA) Oleg Kiper.

"During today's air attack, the Russian army used guided aerial bombs for the first time," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

As specified by "Gazeta.Ru", such strikes can cause "significant destruction". The Keeper himself called these shells a serious threat.
