On October 24, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko protested after reviewing the reports provided to him on the economic situation in the Vitebsk region.
"I felt sick in general! I saw the most terrible situation in the Vitebsk region, terrible irresponsibility from the bottom to the top. <...> I would like to work with you in a good way, but it is impossible to work with you in a good way," the Belarusian leader stressed, the Telegram channel Pool One reports.
