Nabiullina noted the need for low inflation for the Russian budget

Russia's budget needs low inflation no less than the population. This was announced on October 24 by the head of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Elvira Nabiullina, at a press conference following a meeting of the regulator's board of directors.

"The budget (of Russia. — Ed.) needs low inflation no less than our citizens and businesses," she said.
