A high class of fire danger in forests was predicted in Primorye

In the western regions of Primorsky Krai, a high fire danger is expected in the forests. The regional Ministry of Emergency Situations announced this in its Telegram channel on Friday, October 24.

Referring to Primhydromet, the agency notes that from October 24 to October 29, the fourth fire hazard class, which is high, will remain in places in the western regions. Only the fifth class is higher in value, which means an extreme fire danger.

The most difficult situation is expected in the Khankai district, writes IA PrimaMedia. The employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations urge to abandon visits to forests, not to make bonfires, not to burn garbage and dry vegetation, and generally not to use an open fire.

On October 6, it was reported that the fire season, which began on March 24, had ended throughout the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The decision was made due to lower temperatures and heavy rainfall.
