On October 24, Dmitry Volkov, the head of the Krasnogorsk city district, visited local residents who suffered as a result of the UAV attack and told them about their condition.
"I visited hospitals affected by the crash of a drone in Krasnogorsk. <...> Everyone is conscious, the condition of the patients is being closely monitored by doctors," he added.
