The European Union (EU), as part of the 19th package of sanctions against Russia, banned the supply of roses and azaleas to the territory of the Russian Federation. The relevant information was published in the Official Journal of the EU on October 23.

"Grafted and unvaccinated rhododendrons and azaleas, roses, and other living plants, including their cuttings and layers," the publication says.
