In the Moscow region it will be from +6 to +11 degrees during the day, at night the temperature may drop to +3 degrees.
Southerly and southeasterly winds with a speed of 4-11 m/s are expected.

Anatoly Tsygankov, head of the Department of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, reported on October 22 that the autumn of 2025 turned out to be warm and dry. He added that despite the precipitation and the Scandinavian cyclone approaching the capital and its region, the weather in this area will remain higher than usual on the last day of the current week.
