In the Belgorod region, a self-defense fighter was injured as a result of an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This was announced on October 23 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"In the village of Malinovka, Belgorod region, a self-defense fighter was seriously injured as a result of a drone attack. He was taken to Belgorod City Hospital No. 2 with multiple shrapnel wounds to his arms, legs and chest," the governor said in his Telegram channel.
