A complex with a sports center will appear in the Butyrsky district of Moscow

The draft layout of an area of 3.16 hectares in the Butyrsky district of Moscow has been approved as part of the Integrated Territorial Development Program (CDT). This was announced on Thursday, October 23, on the website of the Moscow City Hall.

According to the decree signed by Sergei Sobyanin, it is planned to build modern housing with an area of 20.9 thousand square meters for the renovation program on the site between the tracks of the Moscow Central Diameter, Fonvizina and Milashenkov streets. There will also be a multifunctional complex with an underground garage, a hotel with at least 100 rooms and a sports center. The non-residential land area will amount to 51.3 thousand square meters, according to Moscow 24.

Additionally, landscaping and modernization of the street and road network are provided, the Moscow City News agency notes.
