Since 2016, about 570 lease agreements have been signed with developers in Moscow for the construction of industrial, business, sports and social facilities as part of large-scale investment projects. He noted that IAPs help to develop the infrastructure of the districts, making them more convenient and balanced. Since 2016, investors have been provided with over 1.2 thousand hectares of building land with an area of more than 16 million square meters. m in all districts of the city, RT notes.

Ekaterina Solovyova, head of the City Property Department, added that more than 370 IAPs are currently being implemented, within the framework of which schools, kindergartens, medical institutions, sports and social and business complexes are being built, forming a comfortable urban environment. kp.ru .

On October 9, Yefimov said that as part of the implementation of the IAP in the Western Administrative District of the capital, investors and a developer will erect six educational facilities. Kindergartens, schools and an additional education center for 2.3 thousand children will be built there. The total area of the facilities is almost 54 thousand square meters, the projects are at various stages of implementation, the Moscow City News Agency reports.
