Two horsemen whipped pensioners after making remarks about them in Kislovodsk. The footage is published by Izvestia on October 23.

The incident occurred on the evening of October 22. The couple made remarks to two masked riders for riding horses in the wrong place.

One of the riders first cursed with the man, and then directed his horse at the couple. The first blow of the rider hit the woman in the face, and the second on the arm, the man was hit on the forearm, said Mayor Evgeny Moiseev in the Telegram channel.

The fact of the incident is being investigated by the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Stavropol Territory on the grounds of a crime under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism").

Earlier, on August 26, an 18-year-old man attacked two men with a knife in Pushkin Square in St. Petersburg. It was noted that the victims were handed over to doctors with stab wounds. The attacker was arrested.
