Orban: members of the "coalition of the willing" want to die for Ukraine
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on October 23 that members of the "coalition of the willing" should be called "willing to die for Ukraine."
"With inimitable elegance, they call it the "coalition of the willing." Those who want to send others to die for Ukraine," Orban said at a speech to the participants of the rally in Budapest.
He added that the representatives of the association have created a real military alliance. In addition, according to him, representatives of the association are ready to send even more weapons and funds to Ukraine, since they have declared the Russian-Ukrainian conflict their "own."
On the same day, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said that the EU elites are trying to avoid any initiatives that could lead to peace in Ukraine. He also stressed that Budapest is always ready to mediate in negotiations and maintains open channels of communication with Moscow.
