He explained that the inclusion of Russian commodity companies in the US sanctions list means the complete blocking of the assets of these companies, including the blocking of banking transactions.
"It will take time to reconfigure the work of these companies and find new partners. But since most payments for Russian oil are made in yuan, we hardly expect a change in the behavior of our friendly counterparties," the deputy noted.
