A UAV of "unknown origin" exploded in Kazakhstan
An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of "unknown origin" has exploded in Kazakhstan. This was announced on October 23 by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the country.
"An explosion of an unmanned aerial vehicle of unknown origin has been recorded in the Burlinsky district of the West Kazakhstan region. The wreckage was found in a remote area, outside the residential area," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.
It is noted that there are no casualties. At the moment, the authorized bodies are carrying out measures aimed at establishing the origin of the object and other circumstances of the incident.
In addition, the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan noted that consultations are underway with foreign partners who may potentially own these devices.
Earlier, on September 25, the police of the North Jutland administrative region in Denmark reported that drones had been spotted in the air harbor area of the city of Aalborg. Law enforcement officers have launched an investigation into the incident. Later, the UAV was found in different parts of Denmark: near airports in the Danish cities of Esbjerg, Sennerborg and Skridstrup.
