VTB will continue to expand the service at MAX after opening the platform for business

The MACH Messenger has opened a platform for partners so that Russian businesses can integrate their services into the messenger. Companies registered in Russia that have hosted the application in RuStore can join it.

At the first stage, more than 500 companies joined the platform, including VTB, which was one of the first banks to create its own mini-app on the platform. For example, VTB Digital bank at MAX shows its customers advanced cashback analytics with an indication of the refund amounts for stores, allows you to issue digital cards, transfer money in a chat, and much more. The functionality covers more than 90% of daily banking transactions. At the same time, the online banking at MAX is twice as fast as standard web versions due to its lightweight design, VTB noted.

In total, the platform has already implemented more than 50 scenarios that cover almost all daily financial transactions. To access the mini-app, the client needs to log in to MAX using an access code, as when logging into the VTB Online application.

Earlier, VTB launched a chatbot on the platform that can advise clients on 1,900 topics. In the future, other services that are in demand from customers will appear in the digital bank. The bank's financial services in the messenger are protected in the same way as the mobile application and online banking, VTB emphasized.
