The court turned the property of the ex-head of the Ples of the Ivanovo region into the income of Russia

A court in the Ivanovo region granted a claim for the use of real estate, shares in companies and illegally obtained income of more than 1 billion rubles by the former head of the Ples Alexei Shevtsov (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent). This was announced on October 23 by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.

"The Privolzhsky District Court of the Ivanovo region has considered the claim of the prosecutor of the Ivanovo region against the former deputy of the council of the Plessk urban settlement and the former head of the Plessk urban settlement Alexei Shevtsov <...> on the conversion of real estate objects, funds and shares in commercial organizations to the income of the Russian Federation," the agency's website says.
