Two new squares for 10 million rubles were built near Chita

Two new squares have appeared in the village of Novokruchininsky in the Chita district. More than 10 million rubles have been allocated for the development of public spaces, the press service of the Department for the Development of Municipalities of the Trans-Baikal Territory reports.

One of the locations was built on Barguzinskaya Street. A game complex in the form of a liner, a nest swing, horizontal bars, exercise equipment, Aquarium and Boat panels were installed on the territory.

Another recreation area appeared on Zavodskaya Street. A stage was set up there, benches with canopies, urns and two art objects - "Boy with a book" and "Tree of Happiness".

The facilities were implemented within the framework of the national project "Creating a comfortable urban environment".

According to ChitaMedia news agency, 300 public spaces have been transformed in the region over the past six years. Work in this direction continues. Thus, in 2025, it is planned to improve 40 territories in the amount of more than 260 million rubles.

Earlier it was reported that the third part of the MZhK park in Chita was promised to be completed by 2027. Negotiations with the contractor are already underway.
