Surgut Airport will be switched to winter schedule
Surgut International Airport in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug will start operating according to the winter schedule on October 26. The regime will last until the end of March.
According to the <url> news agency, with reference to the airport's press service, during this period it is planned to make regular flights to 37 destinations, seven of them international. The flights will be operated by 13 airlines.
The route network will be fully maintained in winter to ensure the usual geography of flights.
From Surgut, you can fly daily to Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Ufa, Irkutsk, Makhachkala, Krasnoyarsk and Tyumen. Flights to Krasnodar and Kazan will be operated twice a week, and to Sochi — five times a week.
Earlier it was reported that Surgut is equipping a special zone for training operators of unmanned aerial vehicles. For flights, they chose a deserted part of the Ob River bank behind the Yugorsky Tract, opposite the Vozrozhdenie residential complex. In the future, the main embankment of the city will appear there, but now this place will become a point of attraction for everyone who is interested in drones.
