On November 6 and 7, 2025, the second international forum "Culture. Media. The figure." More than 100 speakers from over 20 countries will take part in the event. The forum will bring together leaders in the fields of media, technology, art, cinema, blogging and creative industries to show how new ideas, partnerships and products capable of responding to the challenges of today are being born at the junction of the spheres.
Moscow will once again become a point of attraction for leaders in the creative industries, media, technology, and art. The International Forum "Culture. Media. Digit is a platform where new ideas, projects and partnerships are born. Today, it is at the junction of spheres that solutions are emerging that determine the future of culture and communications, and the forum is becoming a place where these solutions find form and momentum for development.
In 2025, the key topic of the forum is the potential of the CIS media market, where an audience of more than 350 million Russian—speaking users is being formed. This space is rapidly developing its own infrastructures: local AI tools, distribution platforms, monetization and cooperation models. The forum's goal is to connect creators, distributors, and regulators to turn this potential into sustainable growth and content exports.
The program involves the participation of representatives of TV holdings, creative industries, online platforms, cinema chains, game and animation ecosystems, as well as industry associations from the CIS countries. It is expected to discuss compatible standards for metrics, purchasing, displaying and promoting content, which will be an important step towards integrating the region's media market.
The experience of recent years shows that breakthrough projects appear when participants at the intersection of industries find joint responses and models of cooperation to various market challenges. Therefore, this year's program is formed around six thematic tracks combining different fields — culture, technology, media and business. It is expected that the discussions during the sessions will be the start of the birth of new ideas and solutions for the CIS media market and the international space.
The Media Network track will focus on new media and digital tools: from platforms and formats to distribution algorithms, trends, and content monetization. In the Influencers section, experts will discuss influencer marketing, the blogosphere and personal brand development, as well as social media promotion strategies and community building. Technomagia will focus on VR, AI, and other tools that allow you to create, automate, and scale projects. Art Resource will present a space for dialogue about creative industries — literature, music, theater, fashion, museums, as well as festivals and collaborations. Within the framework of the "Prology" block, participants will discuss modern PR practices, media strategies, event marketing and reputation management. And the last track is "Kinopolis", which will focus on production, distribution and marketing in the film industry, the role of streaming platforms and new audience formats.
In total, over 100 speakers from more than 20 countries representing media companies, the IT sector, the film industry, government and educational organizations will take part in the discussions this year.
Last year, the forum "Culture. Media. Digit" was held in Moscow for the first time and immediately became a large-scale event. The forum, which took place on November 13 and 14, 2024, was attended by more than 5,000 people, and 100 domestic and 28 foreign experts from 16 countries became speakers. Among the headliners are Serbian director Emir Kusturica, American director Oliver Stone and French film director Luc Besson, who called Moscow "an amazing city with special energy."
The 2024 program included 31 sessions dedicated to the development of cinema, new media, artificial intelligence, game development, the economy of creative industries and global communication. The Forum became the first international venue of this scale on the territory of the Moskino Film Factory and set the bar high for future meetings of industry experts.
