There is one advantage in canceling the summit between Russia and the United States in Budapest. This was announced on October 23 by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, in his Telegram channel.

"There is a clear advantage in the next movement of the Trumpian pendulum: you can hammer with a variety of weapons at all Bandera's nooks," he wrote.
