In Cherepanovo, Novosibirsk region, two people were killed in an accident, and the driver of the car lost control. This was announced on October 23 by the State Traffic Inspectorate of the region.

"According to preliminary information, on October 23, at about 01:30 (October 22, 21:30 Moscow time) in the city of Cherepanovo, Cherepanovsky district, Novosibirsk region, a driver born in 1992, driving a Honda Avancier car, driving along Romanov Street from the R-256 highway <...>, drove off the road and then hit a parked semi-trailer.", — it is specified in the Telegram channel of the department.

It is reported that the driver and his passenger, whose identity has not been established at the moment, were killed.

Traffic police are establishing all the circumstances of the incident.

On October 22, the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation announced that a criminal case had been opened in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug — Yugra over an accident involving a passenger bus, as a result of which two people were killed and nine injured. According to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, as a result of the incident, a criminal case was opened on the grounds of a crime under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements").
