Russian President Vladimir Putin personally congratulated director Nikita Mikhalkov on his anniversary at the Workshop 12 Theater. He told about it on October 22.

The director also added that it was a great honor for him to announce the award of the Order of St. Andrew the First-Called, whose holder was his father Sergei Mikhalkov.
