The death toll from an explosion at an enterprise in Kopeisk, Chelyabinsk region, has increased to nine people. This was announced on October 23 by the governor of the region Alexey Texler.

"At the moment, the death of nine people has been confirmed. Five people were injured, and our doctors are doing everything possible to stabilize their condition. We are clarifying information about the missing," he said in a message on his Telegram channel.
