Vadim Titov, CEO of Rosatom — International Network (RMS), has become one of the candidates for the post of head of the new Department of Strategic Partnership and Cooperation (SPC) in the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation. This was reported on October 22 by sources close to the presidential administration.

"We never announce [personnel appointments]," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Vedomosti in response to a question about Titov's candidacy.

According to sources, when choosing a new chief, the opinions of the head of the Presidential Administration Anton Vaino and his first deputy Sergey Kiriyenko will be taken into account.

On August 29, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the creation of a new ATP department within the Presidential Administration. The head of the Administrative Division is instructed to carry out all necessary organizational measures within three months.
